What distinguishes Eventful from other Events Agencies?

How does Eventful's venue finding service work?
We start with a call or meeting to establish your requirements and the vision for your event. We discuss what is important to you in a venue and for your event overall, where (and if) your event has taken place before and where your delegates and guests are traveling from. We then consider the most convenient potential locations, your preferred style of venue, the event agenda and other contributing factors which will determine the most suitable locations and venues for us to research. There is a lot to be considered at the very start of the event planning process, as making a well informed start which guarantees a seamless venue finding process.
And how is it that the Eventful Venue Finding Service is offered as a COMPLIMENTARY service to corporate clients?
We are able to offer a FREE venue finding service due to the fact that approved and established UK agencies are paid a commission for business placed at most hotels and venues, as a marketing fee. This commission is an agreed industry standard. This commission does NOT inflate the rates that you pay, it is included and therefore there is great value in our service to clients even though you do not have to pay a bill! We recently analysed that we achieve an 18% average saving for our clients on their events.
How do you achieve savings for clients?
We have been operating in the industry with an impressive collection of national and global corporations as clients for over 17 years and as such, EVENTFUL is well known and respected in the international Meetings Incentives Conference & Exhibitions (MICE) Industry. Our buying power is due to our considerable experience and the quality of bookings that we place at venues and hotels on behalf of our portfolio of clients. Our conversation rate is well respected as we are confident in placing our clients in venues and properties that are a match for their brand.
What do you feel is the most important benefit of the service that Eventful offers to clients?
Efficiency and communication. Our clients are all busy professionals who require an efficient service. We work towards each client's deadlines and communicate throughout the process should there be any delays in securing provisional bookings. In some cases we may need to discuss the option of widening the search if the area that we are researching is proving to be a challenge for a particular reason.
Besides venue finding, which other services can you offer to your clients?
We offer a variety of services including assistance with event planning, design, production and entertainment. We have established relationships with suppliers across the UK and worldwide who work as our extended team and provide our clients with all of the services and expertise that are required to achieve a successful event. From AV companies, production specialists and photographers to keynote speakers, we can help you source, create and manage any element of an event.
