Our team provides innovative venue and event solutions in the UK and internationally and we organise in excess of 400 events every year from our London office.
Eventful is a boutique venue finding agency which was established in 2002 and offers corporate clients a bespoke and holistic approach to their event projects / their company’s events programme.
Eventful recognises the importance of finding the most suitable venue for each event, be it a meeting, conference, client dinner, Awards ceremony or the annual company incentive trip.
Working closely with our clients and suppliers we pride ourselves on making the right introductions in order to ensure a seamless event journey, both for the organisers and their delegates / guests / attendees.
We aim to alleviate the time and resource it takes to source a suitable venue, taking into consideration our clients’ unique requirements, and creating bespoke proposals that address the key decision-making factors.
By utilising our strong industry relationships and the combined buying power of our client portfolio, we are able to negotiate enhanced and creative offerings which we present in an easy to compare proposal.
We pride ourselves on the highly consultative nature of our client relationships which is fostered through ongoing communication, client meetings and attendance on-site inspections, event planning meetings and on site during the programme.
