Andaz Prague

Andaz Prague

Hyatt made its debut in the Czech Republic earlier this year with the opening of Andaz Prague in the country’s charming capital.

The hotel is located on Senovážné Square, within the historical ‘Sugar Palace’ – a building dating back to 1916 which was originally built to house the headquarters of the Sugar Industry Insurance Association. Situated close to Wenceslas Square, the Old Town Square, and the historic Municipal house (Obecní Dum), some of the most renowned historic sites in Europe are within walking distance.

The hotel’s ZEM restaurant serves a combination of bistro dishes created with local ingredients coming from Moravia and Bohemia and crafted into modern versions of Czech comfort food. The standalone MEZ bar serves signature cocktails, infused with local ingredients inspired by the historical figures of Prague.

The Andaz Studios include three flexible event spaces that can accommodate anything from boardroom meetings to intimate private dinners or can be combined into one large space for conferences, receptions and corporate events. The unique meeting spaces are inspired by Prague bygone sugar barons that used the building in the early 20th century.
